“Very disappointing stay. The room smelled unpleasant, and we discovered used diapers under the bed while cleaning before checkout. The doors also couldn’t be properly locked without a stick, making us feel unsafe. To make matters worse, the host used our late checkout as a reason to deny a refund, despite approving it twice in writing. Poor hygiene, safety, and communication.”

“Prime location to tons of restaurants and activities in Incline Village. Host was very responsive, flexible, and friendly. The property is in an ideal location and was somewhat stocked. A few more basics (like coffee) would have been nice, but there are several stores nearby. The beds were comfortable, but the couch is not really not very inviting. Read the fine print about stairs and the fireplace not working. Overall a nice stay with a relaxing view of a small creek off the balcony.”

“Very interesting bnb. The exterior was nice but the interior was dated. There was a musty smell when you first arrive due the old carpets. The kitchen was stocked well with cooking equipment, plates, and cups. The neighbor across the street was watching us here and there. They asked us a few times if we were planning to leave our truck parked a certain way when we were unloading and loading up. Overall, it’s a good location. Kings beach was kinda walking distance which was surprising! I would stay here again.”

Beautiful views, and the back deck was very peaceful in the evenings, after locals were home from work. If we were coming during the colder months, we all agree we would want use of the fireplace!”

“This place was just what we needed for a girls getaway for 4 of us. We each got our own room, enjoyed the beautiful view and spacious living area. The outside of the property was a bit older than most in the area, but the inside was well maintained. There were a few inconvenient things regarding some lights, temperature of the place and provided kitchen items, but nothing that heavily affected our enjoyment of the space. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor living space, open concept main area and walking the neighborhood. We would consider staying here again.”

The house was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, and the house is very close to the lake, which made our Lake Tahoe experience even more special. Everything we needed was available in the house, and we really enjoyed the peace, comfort, and beautiful natural setting. One of the most unforgettable parts of our stay was that, because of how peaceful and surrounded by nature the area is, we even had the opportunity to see some bears nearby! It was such a unique and memorable experience that made our trip even more special. The host was also wonderful. They were always checking in to make sure we were doing well, were very kind and welcoming, and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. We highly recommend this place!”

“My husband and I absolutely LOVED this place! It is located above lots of restaurants and shops in such a great location to everything in Incline Village. The inside was renovated and extremely clean with modern vibes, which we loved. The memory foam beds were extra comfy, as was the couch to cuddle up and watch a movie. It was a little bit challenging to find the stairs that go up to the unit, but we were able to find it after 10 minutes. Mg was also incredibly responsive, letting us know we could check in early and making sure the wedding guest dresses I had shipped there made it inside safely. I know it's noted on the listing, but there is no air conditioning! This was a non-issue for us since we just cracked the two upstairs windows at night which kept the place cool and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay, great location, lots of kitchen tools which we appreciate. You see we love to cook! My only reason for 4 stars is the cupboards were disorganized and while some were empty, others were overcrowded because there were so many kitchen tools. Is that bad or good? :-) Loved the large table and parking was ample! Communication was quick and easy. Thank you Mg!”

“We had an amazing stay! An absolutely gorgeous property inside and out, the photos don’t do it justice. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived, beautiful bathroom and kitchen facilities and really comfortable bedrooms. The living space with the open fire was gorgeous too. Walking distance to the local supermarket and a couple of great restaurants - I can’t recommend this property highly enough! Very spacious for 4 adults and 2 kids - would love to return during snow season!”

“The condo was exactly as described and looked exactly like the photos. It was also spotless which I appreciate! The only drawback was that the wood stove could not be used and I wasn't aware of that when booking. The location is nice and quiet with easy access to walking trails.”

“We had a great time staying here and and I would stay here again. The cabin is just as described. It was very clean and well stocked! The only reason I rated it with 4 stars instead of 5 is because we found that more lighting would have been helpful in the kitchen and at the dining table for doing a jigsaw puzzle.”

“Beautiful house with amazing views of the Lake. You cannot beat seeing the sunrise from the deck. The home is on a private street. There was construction going on across the street when we were there and MG was receptive to our comments, even though it was out of his control. I do recommend this host. Amazingly responsive and accommodating.”
